Tripal ("we", "us") operates the Tripal mobile app and related services for discovering and booking travel in Iraq. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, and profile photo
  • Booking and order history
  • Location data when you choose a destination or use map features
  • Device push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
  • Photos or content you upload (e.g. profile, moments, ID verification)
  • Usage data needed to operate and improve the app

How we use information

  • Provide bookings, payments, chat, and trip planning
  • Send booking status updates and service notifications
  • Verify identity when required for payments
  • Improve safety, support, and product quality

Sharing

We share relevant booking details with the business you book with. We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, payments, push delivery) to run the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page. This removes your access to the service. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or booking-audit purposes.
