Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tripal account at any time. After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in, receive notifications, or use app features tied to that account.
Delete in the Tripal app
- Open the Tripal app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out and your account cannot be used to sign in again.
What happens when you delete
- Your login access is permanently removed.
- Push notifications to your devices are stopped.
- Your public profile is no longer available in the app.
- Past booking and payment records may be kept where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute resolution. Those records are not used for marketing.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot sign in, email support@tripal.krd from the email or phone number linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
